Stuffed Dal Dhokli Bowl

THE GUJARATI RAVIOLI

Stuffed Dal Dhokli Bowl is a Gujarati version of ravioli with a perfect balance of savoury with sweetness. These dhoklis are stuffed with variety of stuffings and simmered in sweet and sour Gujarati lentil curry. These are then served hot with assorted toppings like

Black gram lentils (whole urad) are slow cooked overnight with a blend of luscious butter, heavy cream, pure desi ghee and hand made spices to get that lip smacking creamy dal bukhara. “Rosogulla” famously known as “Rasgullas” is a fluffy and melt in mouth sweet originated in the Eastern part of India. These fluffy spheres of pleasure are infused with rich espresso and are served with a fusion twist by merging it with a generous scoop of salted caramel ice-cream.
