THE SAGA
Food was always JAIVAL PARIKH’s passion since childhood which drew him towards attaining a further exposure in the world of food through his graduation at the acclaimed university of “Jindal School of Hotel Management, Vadodara affiliated with the Cesar Ritz College Switzerland” followed by his training at world renowned hotels like “The Leela Kempenski” and “The Holiday Inn – USA”.
By following his grandfather’s six decade old business with a new foresight he started outdoor catering in Ahmedabad with JAIVAL PARIKH-Gourmet Food Made With Love in the year 2011 and plunged into the industry of food.
Jaival Parikh started working on his vision to outbreak the stereotypes and give a fine dine experience in an outdoor catering service. His wife, Krishna Parikh later on joined him to attain his foresight of bringing in a revolution in the food industry.

Catering is not only serving what the dignified client opts from the food itinerary, but it is all about customization according to the theme. Right from individual portions of food which are bite sized and are garnished nicely to the interactive food stations where qualified chefs interacts with the guest and ask his preferences to deliver the food that they would love to relish, catering is about everything the clients ask for.
While articulating about current competition in the world of food, Jaival often affirms to his clients that “The only competition we have at JP is from your mother and your wife who cooks meals with love like us”. Therefore, he always believes that the feel of home cooked food is always appealing to his clients.
We, at JP not only provide outdoor catering, but we also offer services of food consultancy, food styling and menu designing to our dignified clients.

FEATHERS ON CAP
Since 2011 team Jaival Parikh got many opportunities which helped in further growth of the entity. Few feathers in the cap were added when the team got an opportunity to serve our esteemed Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and his team not once but twice during Gujarat Forensic Science Institute student felicitation program and the other during Amul Chocolate Factory opening, in both events our honorable Prime Minister were invited as a Chief Guest. Moreover, our team has been fortunate to serve some of the renowned and dignified families of Gujarat and we look forward to broaden our horizon to other such dignitaries.
